I found the issue thanks for pointing it out that it was only an issue with elite controller. So check if you have trigger stopper active. Which basically means your hitting your right trigger only half way. Real good for shooting but apparently makes it so that the car is only half accelerated.
As the title says, when using a gamepad (Xbox One Controller) on PC, reverse is not bound to anything. I see no way to manually rebind keys, so if anyone has a solution or workaround i'd love to hear it. For reverse it just says [ACTION BRAKE], which isn't shown anywhere in the control scheme. I also can't descend when grappling. Please fix asap.
